Jackson College can prepare you for a career in the manufacturing field. Our advanced manufacturing program allows students to gain technical skills and be cross trained for different positions that are in high demand.
• Industrial Systems - Advanced Manufacturing
Maintenance workers repair factory equipment and other industrial machinery. Assemblers put together finished products and the parts that go in them.
• Production Technician - Advanced Manufacturing
Gain fundamental skills used in the manufacturing industry, including safety, quality, production processes, maintenance awareness, and CAD drafting.
• Welding - Advanced Manufacturing
Welders join metal parts together and fill holes, indentions, or seams of metal products, using hand-held metal joining equipment. Start your manufacturing education & training at Jackson College.
Grants
By completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), students automatically apply for the major federal grant programs.
Loans
Almost all students qualify for loans, regardless of family income. To be eligible, students must be enrolled in at least six credit hours in an eligible program for financial aid.
Scholarships
Many students can qualify for scholarships, with opportunities for financial need, merit based, and for students with disabilities.
Work Study
Provides students with financial need the chance to work part-time jobs on campus to help pay for their education expenses.
